The way people talk about love, you would think it was a mythical creature like Big Foot or the Loch Ness Monster. People have seen them, but the pictures are fuzzy and the descriptions are different. There are so many songs about looking for love and trying to find love that it makes it appear unattainable. The truth is, Love is closer than you think. It is not in money, new car, looks, food, drugs abuse or even other people. Love is looking back at you in the mirror every day. Afraid of being hurt again. Afraid of not being accepted. Afraid of actually being seen and loved just the way they are. I know that last one seems a little contradictory, but some people are afraid of this because it didn’t work out well previously.
