State of Perpetual Unhappiness

Some people are happy, being unhappy. Sounds crazy right. You know some of those people. You know, the ones that are always complaining about work, their relationship, long lines, traffic or anything that they can complain about. LOL. These are the people that have the opportunity to be happy, but continue to gravitate toward unhappy situations. The feeling of being happy is foreign to them, so they go back to that state of perpetual unhappiness because it is comfortable, easy and known. It is mainly because they are not happy with themselves and they do not know what happiness is or what it looks like. You do not have to live in this state. When you see, hear or feel the negativity building, change it. You can surmise how much of the situation you can change or control. If the answer is none, then you can decide how you want to react. You can choose to be patient with those around you and think of things that make you happy. Also, get away from negative people. Run, don’t walk. Find your state of happiness.
