Dance Your Way to Happiness

I love to dance. It makes me feel free and is a great stress reliever for me. It can be Zumba, Techno, House, Country, Rock, R&B or Hip-Hop, I like to dance to most anything. I let the music take over and get lost in the notes for that time. I know dancing is not for everyone, so you will have to find the activity that helps relieve stress for you. Some people may draw, write, exercise, read or even spend time with others. It is all about what relieves your stress and makes you happy. Always remember, your happiness matters.
